THE ENORMOUS SUCCESS of ‘The Final Countdown’ single and album, undoubtedly took the world by surprise. Produced by Kevin Elson (Journey, Mr Big) and issued in March 1986. Europe had released two albums prior to this release and gained success in their home country of Sweden as well as in Japan. The Final Countdown album contains a concise and extremely well written selection of tracks, including the title track and the rousing ‘Rock The Night’, ‘Cherokee’, ‘Ninja’, and the ballad ‘Carrie’. This is a collectible re-issue on colored vinyl
