Blue Murder - Nothin' But Trouble (Vinyl, 2 Lp's , Blue)

John Sykes guitar work on Whitesnake's 1987 album is widely known and he continued to deliver great guitar playing and song writing on his own debut record, Blue Murder in 1989. This "Nothin’ but Trouble" is his follow up album and was released on CD back in 1993. Now in 2025 released in a proper 2-LP gatefold version, which is pressed in blue with black swirl vinyl.
This is another one of those great, early ‘90s hardrock albums that got lost in the grunge shuffle, and it’s more melodic than most; band leader and songwriter John Sykes(Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy, Tygers of Pan Tang) knew what he was doing. Also boasts appearances from Kelly Keeling of Baton Rouge fame on vox, Carmen Appice on drums. “We All Fall Down” was the single, but don’t miss their great cover of the Small Faces’ “Itchycoo Park!”
