"I PLACED AN ORDER", WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1 - 2 business days of processing time for your order. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
FREE SHIPPING!
- When order exceeds 950:- SEK. (At the time for set up approx. 95 USD) the Free Shipping will automatically be calculated to choose at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
All orders are sent out through Swedens PostNord and will be delivered straight to your home or nearest pick up point.
Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges not included in the purchase price. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered or reimbursed. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before completing your order.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
- Average time: 3 – 10 days business days. Depending on location.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

- A picture of the damaged product.
